Job summary

RTX is seeking a Programme Coordination Lead to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination and PMO support for the Army Collective Training Service programme in a hybrid environment. You will work with programme leadership, project managers, leads, industry partners and authority stakeholders to ensure efficient PMO operations.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Programme Support: manage diaries, communications, travel, expenses and activities to enable programme delivery.
• Correspondence Management: monitor inboxes, prioritise urgent matters and track actions with stakeholders.
• Programme Coordination: plan activities, track actions, dependencies and milestones.
• Governance & Meeting Support: coordinate forums, reviews and customer meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Programme Documentation: maintain registers and trackers with current, compliant information.
• Reporting & Communications: assist in producing reports, presentations and briefing packs.
• Stakeholder Management: act as a focal point across Raytheon UK, Omnia Partners and customers.
• Collaboration Tools & Administration: maintain SharePoint/Teams and ensure information is accessible and up to date.
• Onboarding & Resource Support: coordinate onboarding
