Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing senior administrative and PMO support in a complex delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidential information.
• Experience coordinating governance forums, workshops and customer engagements.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint/Teams/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive programme leadership support to the ACTS programme leadership.
• Coordinate governance forums, meetings and workshops with agenda, minutes and actions.
• Maintain programme documentation, registers and trackers for accuracy and compliance.
• Support reporting, briefing packs and management information for stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding, visits, events, and travel logistics for the team.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure effective information flow across teams.
