Job summary

RTX Corporation in the UK seeks a Programme Coordination Lead to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination and PMO support for the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS) Programme. You will work with programme leadership, managers, industry partners and stakeholders to ensure efficient PMO operation, governance and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in programme coordination and governance support.
  • Ability to manage complex diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Security clearance (SC) or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Programme Support: manage complex diaries, stakeholder communications, travel and expenses to enable effective programme delivery.
  • Governance & Meeting Support: coordinate governance forums, reviews, customer meetings, agendas, minute taking and actions.
  • Programme Documentation: maintain registers and trackers ensuring accurate, current information.
  • Reporting & Communications: assist in producing programme reports and briefing packs for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: act as a key point of contact across RTX UK, Omnia Partners and customers.
