Job summary

Harnham, a specialist digital consultancy, is seeking a Product Strategy Lead to shape a new product strategy capability. You will lead product strategy for ecommerce client accounts, shape the offering, and drive commercial growth with autonomy.

Working at the intersection of product, strategy, ecommerce and client leadership, you will run discovery to execution, embed AI thinking, and partner with designers and engineers to turn insights into measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

Experience leading product strategy or digital strategy in an agency setting.
Proven delivery of commercial outcomes through digital products.
Experience with ecommerce platforms and customer journeys.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
Experience embedding AI into products, services, or processes.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy across ecommerce initiatives for a range of client accounts.
Work with clients to understand business objectives, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Identify new products, services, and propositions delivering measurable commercial impact.
Develop product strategies from discovery through execution.
Collaborate with designers, engineers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Embed AI-led thinking into products, customer journeys, and internal ways of working.
