Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience turning digital ideas into operational impact.
• Deep capability in AI, data science, analytics, or digital tooling.
• Ability to turn technical designs into practical, in-operation solutions.
• Confident leading teams and managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Skilled at communicating complex ideas simply and clearly.
• Hands-on, client-centric approach focused on measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working on-site with clients to drive change in real time.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI, data science, analytics, and digital tooling.
• Lead technical workstreams, including the design and delivery of machine learning solutions and digital tools.
• Work closely with client teams on the ground to embed solutions directly into operations.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams that combine people, processes, and technology to deliver sustainable results.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and help shape best-practice approaches across digital programmes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas into client delivery.
