Job summary

Redcat Digital in London is hiring a Senior Ecommerce Strategy Lead to own client partnerships end to end, from discovery sessions through to growing the account. You’ll lead a small, autonomous pod with a Director of Technology, a Solutions Architect and a Design Lead, shaping strategy, driving growth and delivering measurable ecommerce outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role with strong ecommerce background.
• Agency experience in client partnership, account management or strategy.
• Led ecommerce projects and managed six-figure+ accounts with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from discovery to growth.
• Drive account growth through value discovery and proposals.
• Set product vision and translate goals into actionable strategy.
• Lead the pod and prioritise features, backlog, and milestones.
• Manage project operations: scheduling, resourcing, budgets and change control.
• Leverage Shopify analytics, Plausible and GA4 to guide decisions.
• Oversee multiple projects in production and retainers.
