Job summary

develop, a global payments technology organisation, is hiring a tech lead to shape a new Agentic Commerce function from inception in Central London. The role is hybrid (2-3 days on site) and offers up to £140k plus bonus and strong benefits.

You will influence architectural direction, evaluate AI/agentic tech at scale, partner with product, security and engineering leaders, and help recruit a world-class engineering team while engaging with customers and industry peers.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural experience.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud-native engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical direction of a brand-new Agentic Commerce function.
