W Talent, part of W Executive, is a forward-thinking recruitment business expanding across the UK. We seek a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant in Sheffield to own a 360 desk in Procurement & Supply Chain, covering South and West Yorkshire.

You will build long-term client and candidate relationships, identify new business opportunities and deliver a tailored service with autonomy and progression.

Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience in B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from BD to placement and aftercare.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their needs.
• Proactively identifying new client relationships across South and West Yorkshire.
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality Procurement & Supply Chain professionals.
• Conducting candidate screening and interviews to assess experience and aspirations.
• Writing compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
• Reviewing CVs and preparing candidate profiles and shortlists for clients.
• Managing recruitment processes with clear communication and feedback.
• Building a strong candidate network across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Developing market knowledge and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
