W Talent, part of W Executive, is expanding its Sheffield team and seeks a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Procurement & Supply Chain. You’ll own a market, recruit from junior to middle-management, and build long-term client and candidate relationships across South and West Yorkshire.

You will drive business development, deliver high-quality service, and enjoy autonomy with clear progression and uncapped earning potential in a hybrid Sheffield role.

Qualifications

• Previous 360 recruitment experience within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine interest in developing a specialist Procurement & Supply Chain market.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD to placement and aftercare.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
• Proactively identify and develop new client relationships across South and West Yorkshire.
• Source, identify and engage high-quality Procurement & Supply Chain professionals.
• Screen candidates, understand experience, salary expectations and career goals.
