Job summary

W Talent, part of W Executive, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Procurement & Supply Chain to join our Sheffield team. This role covers 360 recruitment from business development to placement, with autonomy to develop your market across South and West Yorkshire.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, source top talent, write compelling adverts, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Previous 360 recruitment experience within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with ability to develop a specialist market.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand recruitment needs.
• Proactively identifying new client relationships across South and West Yorkshire.
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality Procurement & Supply Chain professionals.
• Writing compelling job adverts and preparing candidate shortlists for clients.
• Managing recruitment processes with regular updates to clients and candidates.
• Building a strong candidate network and growing market knowledge.
