Job summary

W Talent, part of W Executive, is growing its Sheffield team with a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Procurement & Supply Chain. You will own a market across South and West Yorkshire, building client and candidate networks and delivering a tailored, high-quality service.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop client relationships, and drive business development with the autonomy and earning potential that comes with an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Previous 360 recruitment experience within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven approach with a clear desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement and aftercare.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Identify and win new client opportunities across South and West Yorkshire.
• Source and engage high-quality Procurement & Supply Chain professionals.
• Screen candidates, interview, and assess experience and motivation.
• Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
• Review CVs and prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients and candidates to manage processes.
