Job summary

W Talent, part of W Executive, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Sheffield team (also open to candidates in Rotherham). You will identify top talent, build client relationships and drive growth across the UK market.

You will manage the full cycle from sourcing to placement, enjoy a competitive starting salary with uncapped commissions, and benefit from flexible working arrangements and ongoing development opportunities as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening professionals to match client requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and offering a tailored solution.
• Writing compelling job adverts and reviewing CVs to ensure the best fit for both client and candidate.
• Conducting interviews and managing the 360-recruitment process from start to finish.
• Proactively engaging with new clients and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases with accurate information.
