Job summary

W Talent, part of W Executive, is expanding its Sheffield team and seeks a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Procurement & Supply Chain. This 360 role covers South and West Yorkshire, building long-term client and candidate relationships while driving business development and market growth.

You will recruit from junior to middle-management levels in Procurement & Supply Chain, including Buyers, Planners and Managers, with autonomy and clear progression paths

Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience in a B2B environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in developing a specialist Procurement & Supply Chain market
• Proactive, commercially focused with business development
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Self-motivated, target-driven with strong desire to succeed
• Excellent organisational skills managing multiple processes

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD and sourcing through to placement and aftercare
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding recruitment needs
• Proactively identify new client relationships across South and West Yorkshire
• Source and engage high-quality Procurement & Supply Chain professionals
• Screen candidates to understand experience, salary expectations and goals
• Write compelling job adverts and prepare candidate shortlists for clients
• Review CVs and prepare high-quality profiles and shortlists
• Manage recruitment processes with regular client and candidate communication
• Build a strong candidate network across Procurement, Purchasing and Supply Chain
• Develop market knowledge and become a trusted recruitment partner
• Meet or exceed revenue, activity and business development targets
• Contribute to Sheffield W Talent’s growth and success
