Job summary

Adapro Talent Partners are excluively partnering with a Banbury based SME recruiting a Procurement & Finance Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role supports purchasing, supplier management, spend analysis and finance across a growing multi-site care group.

The successful candidate will be analytically strong, commercially confident and capable of challenging suppliers and internal stakeholders while building productive relationships. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, buying and supplier management.
• Ability to conduct financial and operational analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day purchasing and buying activities across multiple units.
• Obtain quotations and source products/services from suppliers.
• Compare pricing, quality and value for purchasing decisions.
• Build supplier relationships and challenge pricing and service levels.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and standardisation.
• Assist with supplier contracts, renewals and reviews.
• Produce spend analyses and procurement reporting.
• Analyse cost trends and budgeting/financial data.
• Support month-end reporting and wider finance processes.
• Improve financial and operational reporting processes.
• Work with operational teams to align purchasing to budgets.
