Job description

This is a newly created role that will sit within a growing Group Finance function. You will report to the FD with a dotted line to the Group Procurement Director. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who can give commercial guidance to decision making and operate effectively with the SLT. This is an opportunity to make a role your own and have a real impact.

As finance business partner for the Group Procurement team you will work closely with the Procurement Director supporting them and their team providing analysis and insight that will support the decision making of the department.

  • Provide critical financial analysis and partner with Director of Procurement
  • Support budget holders in understanding their financial performance
  • Producing monthly management accounts accurately and on time
  • Assisting with the preparation of the annual budget and forecast process
  • Provision of Ad hock financial analysis
  • Apportion Group costs appropriately across multiple business units

If you consider yourself a self starter and are looking for a role that you can build then this will be a great opportunity. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of partnering with procurement but if you have worked in large organisations with multiple locations that would be an advantage.

Good communications skills and a positive approach to work and colleagues will be essential.

£70,000 to £75,000 plus bonus
