Job summary

Adapro Talent Partners is exclusively partnering with a Banbury based SME seeking a Procurement & Finance Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role combines procurement, buying support, commercial analysis and operational reporting across a growing multi-site care group.

You will support day-to-day purchasing, supplier management and spend analysis, help manage contracts, and provide visibility of costs to management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, buying and supplier management.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to challenge suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day purchasing and supplier sourcing across multiple units.
• Compare pricing, quality and value to support procurement decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships and renewals; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Produce spend analysis, procurement reporting and budgeting support.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis.
