Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years' experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A or similar.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Sage X3.
• Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies balancing growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain pricing models, tools and frameworks to support scalable decision‑making.
• Provide commercial pricing support for customer quotations, tenders, renewals and new opportunities.
• Analyze margins, profitability and pricing performance across products and customers.
• Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case evaluations.
• Partner with commercial teams during negotiations by providing financial insight and deal support.
• Monitor pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise performance.
• Support reporting and governance to ensure pricing consistency and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and enhanced reporting capabilities.
