Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking a UK Pricing & Tender Lead to drive end-to-end tender management, pricing strategy, and procurement engagement across National, Hospital, Retail, and Private channels in the UK. The role collaborates with UK Leadership Teams and Global Pricing to optimize patient access and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• ABPI qualification preferred.
• Experience in NHS National and Regional Tender Management within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NHS procurement platforms and tendering systems (e.g., Atamis, Jaggaer Bravo, eTendersNI).
• Experience with NHS procurement organisations including NHS England, NHS Wales, NHS Scotland, NHS NI.
• Ability to manage customer contracts, rebates, and procurement relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with NHS National and Regional procurement teams, NHS Supply Chain, ICBs, and private providers to secure pricing and tender opportunities.
• Manage key procurement and customer accounts, monitoring KPIs and identifying growth opportunities across Hospital, Retail Pharmacy, and Dispensing Doctor channels.
• Develop commercial engagement strategies with Retail Pharmacy Chains and Dispensing Doctor networks to optimize product placement.
• Leverage Mundipharma tools, data, and market intelligence to drive sales, market share and margin growth.
• Own end-to-end tender process from opportunity identification to contract management and renewal.

Education

Degree educated or equivalent professional experience in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
