Turner & Townsend is seeking talented professionals to join the Programme Advisory team to support world-renowned clients and grow with our expanding practice. The role emphasizes project controls, schedule, cost, risk, and performance reporting within major programmes and complex environments.

You will lead client workshops, guide the delivery of strategic advisory services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site and remotely, contributing to the firm’s growth and transformation

Formación

• Experience in Defence sector or major capital projects.
• Professional with PMO/controls & performance background.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments including C-suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assessment of client environments and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Document findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
• Deliver workshops in virtual and in-person settings with client representatives.
• Work within multi-disciplinary teams at client sites and remotely.
• Deploy methodologies and tailor tools to client needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and internal initiatives.
• Drive business development activities like bids and proposals.
• Engage in marketing and employee advocacy campaigns.
