Job summary

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking a Product Manager to own core technology platforms powering multiple product lines within our semiconductor solutions portfolio. You will define platform strategy, influence investment decisions, drive innovation, and help deliver cutting-edge equipment used by global technology leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Ownership, or Product Leadership within a complex engineering or technology environment.
• Proven track record of managing shared technology platforms or products supporting multiple customer solutions.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap ownership, and value-based prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision, value proposition, and pricing strategy for your platform.
• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
• Act as Product Owner for shared platforms, prioritising features and investment decisions based on value.
• Balance customer requirements, technical feasibility, cost, and time-to-market.
• Drive platform standardisation across product lines to improve efficiency and procurement leverage.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver future platform capabilities.
