Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking a Product Manager to own the platform strategy across semiconductor solutions. You will drive product platform roadmaps, influence investment, and partner with Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and commercial acumen, capable of balancing customer needs with business priorities, delivering value while scaling platforms globally.

Formación

• Significant experience in Product Management or Platform Ownership within a complex engineering/technology environment.
• Proven track record managing shared technology platforms across multiple solutions.
• Strong lifecycle management, roadmap ownership and value-based prioritisation.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile, matrix or hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Defining and owning the product vision, value proposition and pricing for your platform.
• Developing and maintaining platform roadmaps aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
• Acting as Product Owner for shared platforms and prioritising features based on value and impact.
• Balancing customer requirements, technical feasibility, cost and time-to-market.
• Driving platform standardisation across product lines to improve efficiency and procurement leverage.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and equipment performance.
