Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Ownership, or Product Leadership.
• Experience managing shared technology platforms supporting multiple solutions.
• Strong lifecycle, roadmap ownership, and value-based prioritisation.
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile, matrix, or hybrid environments.
• Commercially astute with ability to evaluate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision, value proposition, and pricing strategy.
• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned to customer needs.
• Act as Product Owner for shared platforms with priority decisions based on value.
• Balance customer requirements, feasibility, cost and time-to-market.
• Drive platform standardisation across product lines for efficiency.
• Lead improvements in productivity, uptime, and performance.
• Champion sustainability and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
