Job summary

Bovis is recruiting a Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning and monitoring of major Oakham/Rutland projects. You will work with the Project Operations Team to develop efficient methods and ensure timely delivery of bids and projects, drawing on extensive planning experience.

You will act as the project conscience, prepare reports for senior leaders, and support junior planning staff. You will coordinate 4D BIM and chair weekly planning meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior Planning Manager with experience delivering large/complex projects.
• Proven ability to deliver programme reports and maintain schedules.
• Strong knowledge of P6 and CPA planning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and monitoring of large/complex projects throughout all stages.
• Prepare reports for Senior Leadership Team on programme matters and issues.
• Coordinate 4D BIM with the BIM Coordinator and chair weekly planning meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with stakeholders, contractors and clients to ensure alignment.
