Bovis is seeking a Planning Manager to lead the planning and monitoring of large and complex projects. You will work with the Project Operations Team to develop efficient methodologies and programmes, then support execution to ensure timely delivery of bids and projects.

You will coordinate with the project team to produce planning reports, monitor progress, and chair weekly planning meetings. This role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and 4D BIM experience across multiple sectors.

Formación

• Understanding of construction methodology, building technology and pre-construction processes.
• Knowledge of main forms of construction contracts and commercial terms.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 (Project planning)
• Understanding CPA planning techniques and project controls.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project planning, programme and delivery strategy for bids and projects.
• Create preconstruction and construction methodology for efficient delivery.
• Produce project plan, programme and Planning Report per procedures.
• Provide solutions for delivering the project and inform the team of impacts.
• Report progress against contract and programmes on a regular basis.
• Support creation of medium and short-range programmes.
• Provide data for regular status updates and dashboards.
• Assist in chairing weekly planning meetings and coordinate milestones.
• Review change proposals and assess time impact.
• Record production rates and delays for benchmarking.
• Coordinate the 4D BIM model with the BIM Coordinator.
• Foster team ownership of the plan and programme.
• Develop Planning skills within the Project Team.
