Job summary

Bovis is seeking an Assistant Planning Manager to join the Public Sector Construction team on a major Oakham, Rutland project under the Defence Estate Optimisation Portfolio.

You will support planning, develop programmes, produce dashboards, and assist with bid-to-completion delivery, collaborating with Planning Managers, Project, and Operations teams. Experience with Excel, Oracle P6, and data tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting planning on large, complex projects.
• Ability to develop project programmes and delivery strategies.
• Experience producing dashboards and status updates.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and CPA planning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the project planning function and develop programmes for bids and projects.
• Contribute to regular status updates and project dashboards.
• Assist in creating short- and medium-range programmes and learning planning procedures.
