Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to lead and coordinate planning on large, complex construction projects in the UK. You will chair planning meetings, monitor progress and deliver accurate forecasts for senior stakeholders.

You will develop and maintain detailed programmes using Primavera P6 and related tools, manage junior planners, and provide solutions to keep programmes on track while maintaining strong communication across contractors, consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with audience-adaptive approach.
• Ability to produce reports and diagrams to a high standard.
• Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning for large/complex construction projects.
• Prepare reports and inform leadership on programme matters and critical issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
