Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Performance & Insight Business Partner on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. You will translate complex performance data and customer research into clear insights to inform strategic decisions and service improvements.

Work with senior stakeholders, manage projects and lead customer research initiatives, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to drive continuous improvement across the housing association.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, insight or related discipline.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research including customer research.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering performance reports, dashboards, scorecards and briefings for senior stakeholders and boards.
• Analysing performance against targets, trends and benchmarks and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Translating data and research findings into clear recommendations to support decision-making.
