Job summary

Together Housing is seeking a Performance Analyst to join the Business Improvement Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of extension. You will handle large datasets, develop analytical solutions and provide insights to influence service delivery.

The role involves improving data quality, building BI infrastructure and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. You will work closely with Heads of Service and managers to turn data into practical recommendations,

Qualifications

• Experience presenting complex analytical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work with large relational databases and information systems.
• Strong knowledge of statistical software (R/MATLAB/SAS).
• Understanding of data mining, database management and analytical tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data and BI infrastructure across the Group.
• Carry out complex data analysis and predictive modelling to identify trends and improvements.
• Work with large relational databases using tools such as SSIS, SSAS and SSRS.
• Create clear data visualisations to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to managers and senior stakeholders.
• Help develop business cases and demonstrate impact of changes.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the Group’s Data Warehouse.
