Job summary

Housing Association is seeking a Performance & Insight Business Partner to shape performance, insight and decision-making across the organisation on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. The role focuses on translating complex data and customer research into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and boards.

You will develop reports, dashboards and KPIs, lead customer research, manage data initiatives with ICT, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance reporting, BI, data analysis, insight or related discipline.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining performance frameworks and dashboards.
• Knowledge of ICT and managing data-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering performance reports, dashboards, scorecards and briefings for colleagues, senior leaders, Board and committee members
• Analysing performance against targets, trends and benchmarks, explaining material variation and identifying risks, opportunities and areas requiring management attention
• Translating complex data, performance information and customer research findings into clear recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making
• Leading and supporting customer research projects, including both qualitative and quantitative research
• Working with service leads and data owners to develop KPIs
• Supporting regulatory and statutory reporting by coordinating accurate evidence and meeting submission and publication deadlines
• Working closely with ICT to manage data and technology-related projects
• Managing relationships with external partners and account managers, keeping projects on track
