Job summary

Together Housing is seeking a Performance Analyst to join the Business Improvement Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of extension. You’ll work with large datasets, develop analytical solutions and deliver insights that influence service delivery.

You will collaborate with Heads of Service and senior managers to improve data quality and visualise information for decision-making. This role offers hybrid working with an office base in Wakefield or Halifax.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting complex analytical information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work with large relational databases and information systems.
• Strong knowledge of statistical software and analytical techniques.
• Understanding of data mining and predictive analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data and BI infrastructure across the Group.
• Carry out complex data analysis and predictive modelling to identify trends.
• Work with large databases using SSIS/SSAS/SSRS to support insights.
• Create clear data visualisations and present findings to managers.
