Job summary

REED Technology is seeking a Performance and Insight Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027, with the potential for permanence. You will deliver reporting, dashboards and analyses to support senior stakeholders in decision-making.

Based in Birmingham with hybrid work (2 days a week), you will translate data into actionable recommendations, contribute to service improvement and support regulatory reporting and data quality

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Performance Reporting, Business Intelligence, Insight or Data Analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing dashboards and management information.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing or supporting analytical and research projects.

Responsibilities

Salary: 56,385 (pro rotated)
Fixed Term Contract until March 2027
Birmingham (Hybrid 2 days a week)

REED Technology are recruiting for a Performance and Insight Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced performance, insight or business intelligence professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business decisions.

Working in a highly visible business partnering role, you will support senior stakeholders by delivering insightful reporting, customer research, performance analysis and strategic recommendations. You'll play a key role in helping the organisation understand performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement and support evidence-based decision-making.
