Lloyds Banking Group seeks a Head of Business Performance & Delivery to lead end-to-end performance across Corporate & Institutional Banking, shaping management information, scorecards and executive reporting.

In this senior role within the Strategic Enablement team, you''ll align operating models, organisation design and governance to deliver resilient, well-controlled delivery of CIB priorities while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Significant experience leading business performance within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven track record in enterprise performance management, scorecards and management information.
• Experience developing reporting for senior leadership, Boards and executive committees.
• Experience in operating models, organisation design and governance for delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end business performance across CIB with clear visibility of performance and outcomes.
• Lead development of the CIB Balanced Scorecard and executive reporting for decision-making.
• Define operating models and organisation design to enable resilient delivery of priorities.
• Provide senior oversight of service delivery into LBCM with quality and resilience standards.
• Establish governance forums and performance measures to support effective oversight.
• Act as a senior leader in Strategic Enablement, aligning to CIB priorities and risk controls.
