Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc in London or Birmingham seeks a Performance Manager for Intermediaries and Specialist Lending. You will partner with the Head of Intermediaries, analyse performance data, drive growth initiatives and oversee governance across a £1bn+ lending channel.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven insights, change delivery and a collaborative, results-focused mindset. Hybrid working with two office days per week is available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering performance improvements in a commercial setting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions and performance insights.
• Proven stakeholder management across senior leadership and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategy and initiatives to drive commercial performance across the scorecard.
• Collaborate with Head of Intermediaries on growth initiatives and business cases.
• Analyse trends and provide regular performance feedback across teams/products/geographies.
• Support leadership with governance, planning and change delivery.
• Manage lending pipeline and balance sheet forecasting with Ops alignment.
