Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Performance Manager within the Intermediaries and Specialist Lending part of Business & Commercial Banking. You will partner with the Head of Intermediaries & Specialist Lending to deliver strategy, governance and performance initiatives across a £1bn+ lending channel.

Your work will support leadership, brokers and customers while driving continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering results in a commercial setting.
• Ability to analyse performance data from multiple sources.
• Strong partner management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Intermediaries in delivering strategy and initiatives.
• Analyse performance data to drive productivity and outcomes across teams and products.
• Lead communications, governance, and change delivery for performance improvements.
• Manage lending pipeline and balance sheet forecasting with cross‑functional teams.
