Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Performance Manager for the Intermediaries & Specialist Lending division in London or Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering strategic and governance support to enable delivery of priorities across a £1bn+ lending channel, acting as the commercial performance lead across Term Lending, Asset Finance and Invoice Finance specialisms.

Hybrid working is available, with at least two office days per week, and a strong emphasis on business planning, stakeholder

Formación

• Previous experience delivering results and driving performance growth in a commercial setting.
• Experience using sales and performance data from multiple sources to drive outcomes.
• Growth mindset and ambassador for change.
• Exceptional partner management with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategy and initiatives to drive commercial performance across the scorecard.
• Assess opportunities, research business cases and support change delivery.
• Analyze performance trends using data from diverse sources.
• Provide regular feedback to improve productivity across teams.
