Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Performance Manager for Intermediaries & Specialist Lending in London or Birmingham. The role is hybrid, with at least two days in the office weekly, and focuses on driving performance, governance, and strategic initiatives across a £1bn+ lending channel.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver the growth agenda, manage performance, and enable change while maintaining strong relationships with brokers, customers, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering results and driving performance growth in a commercial setting.
• Experience using sales and performance data from multiple sources to assess business, product and colleague performance.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
• Exceptional partner management skills with the ability to work closely with key partners across the group.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Intermediaries & Specialist Lending to deliver strategy and initiatives to drive commercial performance across the balanced scorecard.
• Collaborate on growth initiatives, research opportunities, frame business cases, and support change delivery across the Intermediaries business.
• Analyse trends on performance lines using diverse data sources to support leadership and improve productivity.
• Share performance management information timely to influence action and improve outcomes.
• Support lending pipeline forecasting and balance sheet forecasting down to manager level; enable key deals with Lending Operations.
