Job summary

Viasat in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals across global functions. You will partner with senior leaders to design and deliver bespoke people programs that enhance engagement, capability, and performance.

Reporting to the P&C Leader for VCOMM & Ventures, you will coach leaders, lead organizational design, and drive change initiatives while applying AI-enabled insights to workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven HRBP or equivalent HR generalist experience in a large, fast-paced global org.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, HR, or related field.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and deliver high-impact people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Executive advisory: advise senior leaders to tailor people strategies for engagement and performance.
• Leadership coaching: act as a trusted partner to drive change and leadership capability.
• Org design and change: lead organization design and workforce optimization initiatives.
• Collaboration: work with COEs to implement corporate initiatives across client groups.
• Data and AI: leverage people analytics to inform decisions and forecast talent trends.
