Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' HR experience with a focus on business partnering.
Proven track record partnering with senior leadership on HR initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
Lead change management initiatives with minimal disruption.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and actionable insights.
Develop and deliver trainings to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
Collaborate with HR to improve policies and employee experience.
Coach and mentor managers to drive growth and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
Promote a positive organisational culture and engagement.
