Job summary

Radius in Crewe, United Kingdom, is seeking a part‑time People Business Partner (0.6 FTE) to join our in‑office team. You will advise senior leaders, shape HR strategies and drive people‑centred initiatives aligned with our organisational goals.

You will lead performance guidance, remuneration and talent development, while delivering training programmes and managing change. You will analyse HR data and ensure compliance with UK employment law, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or a related field with focus on business partnering
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and implementing HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data to insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
  • Expertise in change management and performance management
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience in talent management and organisational development
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Contract type: Part‑time - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (0.6 FTE)

We are seeking a skilled and strategic People Business Partner to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people‑centric initiatives that align with our organisational goals and foster a positive work environment.

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employee performance management,remunerationand talent development
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, processes, and employee experience
  • Act as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organisational culture
