Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR knowledge across talent development, organisation design, employee relations, change and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide commercially focused people advice and build leadership capability.
• Translate workforce plans into practical actions for leaders and managers.
• Support talent, performance, succession and engagement initiatives.
• Identify learning and capability needs and develop solutions with People Centres of Expertise.
• Use people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and drive action.
