Devon Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to shape and deliver the Directorate's people priorities. You will partner with senior leaders, provide strategic workforce advice, and lead organisational development across a NHS-focused setting.

You will join a collaborative People Services team, working in a hybrid model combining home and on-site working. The role involves strategic advisory, workforce planning, change management and staff engagement at Directorate

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Postgraduate diploma in HRM or equivalent professional qualification.
• Evidence of HR practice updates and ongoing professional development.
• Chartered CIPD membership.
• Workforce planning methodology knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert People advisory, insight and constructive challenge to support Directorate priorities.
• Develop and deliver strategic workforce plans aligned with Directorate priorities.
• Influence on workforce planning, organisational design and change, including new roles and ways of working.
• Use workforce data to identify priorities, risks and opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Support organisational development, staff engagement and experience, including NHS staff survey insights.
• Collaborate with leaders on resourcing, talent and workforce development priorities.
• Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of People policies.

Formation

Masters degree or equivalent

Postgraduate diploma in HRM
