Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking a People Business Partner to deliver proactive HR support across the organisation in Gloucester. You will partner with managers, provide expert advice on the employee lifecycle and help create a respectful, inclusive workplace.

You will utilise data to inform planning, support organisational change, and drive talent development while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role is permanent and full-time at 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR advisory or Business Partnering role.
• Strong employee relations knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
• Experience of organisational change and workforce planning.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Guide on employee relations and help address workplace issues fairly and effectively.
• Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, organisational change and talent development.
• Use people data to identify trends, inform planning and improve outcomes.
• Promote fair and inclusive people practices supporting equality and wellbeing.
• Deliver initiatives aligned with Hartpury's People Strategy and 2030 ambitions.
• Manage and contribute to People projects to enhance services and employee experience.
• Review and improve processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
