Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking a People Business Partner to deliver proactive HR support across the organisation in Gloucester. You will partner with managers, provide expert advice on the employee lifecycle and help create a respectful, inclusive workplace.
You will utilise data to inform planning, support organisational change, and drive talent development while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role is permanent and full-time at 37.5 hours per week.

As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a proactive, professional and customer focused people service across Hartpury. You will provide expert advice, insight and practical solutions that help deliver organisational priorities and a positive employee experience.
