Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College are seeking a People Business Partner to deliver a proactive, professional and customer-focused HR service. You will provide expert advice, insight and practical solutions that support organisational priorities and a positive employee experience.

You will partner with managers across the organisation, guide on employee relations, contribute to workforce planning and talent development, and use data to improve outcomes while championing equality, diversity

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR advisory or business partner role.
• Strong employee relations knowledge across a broad range of matters.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience of organisational change, engagement and workforce planning.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law; CIPD qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and resolve workplace issues fairly and effectively.
• Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, change and talent development activities.
• Use people data and workforce insight to identify trends and inform planning.
• Promote fair and inclusive people practices that support equality, diversity, wellbeing and engagement.
• Deliver initiatives aligned with Hartpury's People Strategy and Hartpury 2030 ambitions.
