Job summary

Kraken Robotics, based in the United Kingdom, seeks a People & Culture Business Partner to join the Blackbushe office. The role delivers practical people solutions, coaches managers, and helps implement People & Culture programs aligned with business needs.

Under the guidance of the P&C Manager, you will provide day-to-day support across employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Several years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
• Experience supporting engagement, lifecycle management and manager coaching.
• Able to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support to leaders and teams aligned with business priorities.
• Guide managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation processes and talent development.
• Assist with engagement, retention, productivity and employee experience initiatives.
• Deliver People & Culture programs and annual processes including reviews and compensation cycles.
• Escalate complex matters to the P&C Manager and coordinate with Centres of Excellence.
