Job summary

Inspire Education Group in Peterborough is seeking a People Systems & Analytics Manager to lead the development of our people systems, workforce analytics and digital services, turning data into actionable insight for strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to create dashboards, KPIs and predictive analytics across recruitment, retention, engagement, equality, and inclusion, while ensuring data quality, governance and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in People Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence or a related discipline is essential.
• Experience of SQL programming is required.
• Knowledge of iTrent and the Further Education sector would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce analytics, reporting and insight to support the People Plan and wider organisational priorities.
• Create and maintain workforce KPIs, dashboards and performance measures.
• Provide strategic workforce insight, trend analysis and predictive analytics for senior leaders.
• Identify workforce risks, opportunities and emerging trends through data analysis.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Analyse workforce demographics, skills profiles and future workforce requirements.
• Lead the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of people systems and digital solutions.
• Drive automation, self-service capabilities and workflow improvements.
• Produce statutory workforce returns, benchmarking reports and pay gap reporting.
• Ensure workforce data quality, governance and GDPR compliance and reporting accuracy.
