Inspire Education Group (IEG) is seeking a Group People Systems & Analytics Manager in Peterborough and/or Stamford to lead the development of our people systems, workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.
Reporting to the Executive Director of People Services, you will drive governance, build dashboards, and deliver insights that support workforce planning, recruitment, retention and diversity across the Group.
Salary: £47,401 per annum Location: Peterborough and/or Stamford

As we deliver our ambitious People Plan 2026 - 2030, we are seeking an exceptional Group People Systems & Analytics Manager to lead the development of our people systems, workforce analytics and data-driven decision making capability. The role will be instrumental in delivering the Digital, Data and People Analytics priority within our People Plan.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people systems and analytics professional to transform how workforce data, insight and technology support organisational performance, workforce planning and the employee experience across one of the region's largest education providers.
Reporting to the Executive Director of People Services, you will be responsible for the strategic management and development of our people systems, ensuring robust data governance, insightful workforce analytics and effective reporting that enables evidence-based decision making across the Group.
You will:
You will be a highly analytical and technically capable professional with experience of HR systems, workforce data and reporting.
You will have:
Experience within Further Education, Education, Higher Education or another large complex organisation would be advantageous.
