Job summary
Carter Jonas is seeking a strategic, data-driven People Systems and Data Insights Manager based in the Peterborough Office on a hybrid basis. The role leads the People data architecture, evolves Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions, and governs data quality to drive HR reporting, analytics and workforce planning.

Qualifications
- Advanced Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX.
- Experience building enterprise HR dashboards and executive reporting.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and GDPR in People data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the People Analytics and HRMI strategy aligned to the firm's objectives.
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Roadmap development for People analytics, Power BI reporting and Fabric solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in People Operations.
- Own HR dashboards and scalable Power BI reporting for self-service across the business.
- Govern HR data standards, controls and quality assurance processes.
- Establish KPIs and monitoring for data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate workforce data into business insights and recommendations.
