Job summary

HSB, part of the Munich Re Group, is seeking a Client Partnerships Manager in London, with flexible hybrid working across London, Manchester or Birmingham. You will own strategic partner relationships, develop account plans, monitor performance and renewals, and collaborate with underwriting, product, operations and distribution to deliver value for clients and the business.

The role sits within the Compliance team, offering a platform to influence, grow and shape partnerships in a regulated

Qualifications

• Proven account management or client relationship management experience, ideally within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment.
• Track record of growing existing client accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Experience managing commercial performance, account plans or portfolio growth.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions to deliver shared objectives.
• The ability to interpret commercial data and use insight to inform decisions.
