Job summary

HSB is seeking a Client Partnerships Manager in London, Manchester or Birmingham (Hybrid) to own strategic partner relationships and drive sustainable growth. You will work with the Head of Client Partnerships and teams across underwriting, product, operations and distribution to expand partnerships and deliver an outstanding client experience.

The role offers a hybrid work model, opportunities to influence across the business, and exposure within a global group.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners and drive sustainable growth.
• Develop account plans in collaboration with the Head of Client Partnerships and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and maximize value.
• Monitor commercial performance and manage renewals and portfolio growth.
• Shape and pursue new opportunities that deliver value for HSB and its partners.
